The Problem
Vehicle owners often face a fragmented experience when managing maintenance, finding reliable service providers, and sourcing quality parts. Juggling multiple platforms and offline services leads to confusion, missed schedules, and poor vehicle upkeep. There’s a clear need for a unified, easy-to-use solution that simplifies the entire vehicle management process.
My Goal Was
The primary goal of the GAMIC App project was to design a centralized platform that streamlines vehicle maintenance, service booking, and part procurement. My aim was to create a user-friendly, intuitive interface that empowers vehicle owners to easily manage all aspects of their vehicle’s care—from tracking expenses and scheduling services to ordering genuine parts—all in one place.

The Process
In this project I was involved at every stage starting with understanding user pain points, conducting competitor research, and defining key features based on real needs. Alongside another designer, we explored multiple directions and collaborated closely to align on the best possible solution. After several design rounds and feedback sessions, the final version was chosen for its clarity, user experience, and functionality representing the most effective solution to meet both user and business goals.

Users can track their recent orders, including parts and services, directly within the app. This real-time tracking ensures that users are always aware of the status of their orders.
5. Manage Your Vehicles:
The app provides an easy way for users to add, edit, or delete vehicle information using the VIN. This feature is particularly useful for those managing multiple vehicles.
6. Get the Best Deals:
GAMIC highlights the latest offers on both services and parts, helping users save money on their vehicle maintenance. The app sends notifications about new deals, so users never miss out on savings.
7. Stay Informed with Notifications:
GAMIC ensures users are always updated with notifications about their orders, searches, and any new offers. This keeps users informed and engaged throughout the maintenance process.
